My name is Romain Sinclair. I am the founder and managing director of Sinclair Realty Group. Before starting Sinclair Realty Group, I spent a combined seven years at investment sales brokerage Terra CRG and capital markets firm Greysteel, where I led the New York regional business. Before that, I started my career as a management consultant at Accenture.
While at Greysteel and Terra CRG, I developed industry-leading expertise in the New York City multifamily market, which I share with over 19,000 real estate professionals who subscribe to my weekly newsletter. This has enabled me to successfully combine this unique subject matter expertise with my on-the-ground transaction experience and extensive local network to secure the best deals for my clients.
In the last few years, I have originated and closed on over 100,000 square feet of multifamily, industrial, and retail properties..
I am a native New Yorker with an international scope, having spent my formative years growing up in Paris, France, Oxford, England, and New York City. As such, I represent and provide services to clients from various cultures and backgrounds. Regardless of the requirements, I strive to earn my clients’ trust and confidence through superior service delivery.
I am a graduate of Northwestern University and of the Kellogg School of Management. I am a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), a board member of Kellogg Real Estate Alumni Network (KREAN), a member of the Council of Urban Real Estate (CURE), a member of Real Estate Associate Program (REAP), and a member of the French-American Foundation’s Transatlantic Forum.
